रात दिन के रंग.. धूप और परछाई की
पहने परिधान.. मुहब्बत और रूसवाई की..!
तन्हा कतरनें धड़कनों के चंद
दिल के किसी कोमल से कोने में दुबके..!
सहमे ओढ़े लिहाफ़… ठिठुरते…!
ठंडक और गर्माहट की प्रतिबिंबों को…
करते प्रतिबिंबित और प्रतिध्वनित
रात की आधी सी… आधी रात को..!
जेठ की भरी दोपहरी वाली दिन के..
उजालों के साथ…!
गांव के एक टूटे से फूस के झोपड़े पर
सौ साल की पुरानी चुल्हे,.. पर चढी. ..
उस दूध चावल के खीर पर उफनते…
उफान पर ख्वाबों के चंद बुलबुले…
मांगते उधार उस चुल्हे की आंखों से आंसू
बहा ले जाते उन धुएं की पतंगों से
जो जन्मदिन की खीर को एक पूर्णिमा की पूरी रात
चांद को परोस कर.. चुल्हे की आंच को
अगले कुछ घंटों कई दिनों के लिए
शांत होते देखने को थी मजबूर…
बस अगली सुबह खीर पर की मोटी मलाई और छाली
सोंधी इलायची की बारीक पीसी मजबूरियां….
और चूल्हे की लकड़ियों का रूठना…न था जाली..
अंतड़ियों का एंठना… सवाल पेट का…जवाब चूल्हे का…
सिंकती मोटी खुरदरी रोटी….ताजी या बासी…
खीर का फटना… स्वाद या भूख…
जीभ दिमाग या दौड़ते चूहों की शांति..
सवाल समाज से….. इंतजार और इंतजाम में
गरीब या गरीबी….! आह…!
था न…फर्क..?… रात… दिन का…!
