CLOUDS AT MY DOOR STEP
So many seers were seen missed in the mystical realm
Found the traces of their inquisitive souls in the cloud of unknowing
A lonely cloud represented radiantly the sheer solitude
Thus Wordsworth canonized his quest for romantic longing
Oh! in one sunny afternoon, I was not swimming in my noonday dreams
In a flash of time, rain clouds gathered at my door step
Billion bytes of shimmered happiness welled up on that day
I could see the reincarnation of my sombre mood in every shape
In the rainy clime, I rediscovered my life’s halcyon horizon
Scribbled many a rainy rhapsody like a seasoned poet
The tender showers of rain empowered my sleeping sense
I conversed with rain’s twittering as if a much vaunted duet
The rain’s regime suppressed my sorrows, turns and tides
I felt a poetic tension in my hitherto prosaic life
I indulged in my passion and penned down the glory of rain
That evidently brought bliss trouncing many a strenuous strife
