ସମୟ ବଡ ଅଜବ
ଏଠି ଧନର ଅଭାବ ନାହିଁ ମନର
ଅନାକାଂକ୍ଷିତ ଅଭାବ
ଯାହାର ଯେତେ ଧନ ତାହାର ଲୋଭ
ସେହି ପରିମାଣେ ବଢେ
ଧନ ଅର୍ଜିବାକୁ ଧର୍ମ ପଥ ହୁଡି
ପାପକର୍ମେ ସେହୁ ସଢେ
ପଥ ହୁଡିଯାଇ କରେ ସେ କୁକର୍ମ
ହୁଏ ସିନା ଦିଗହଜା
ମିଛ ଅଭାବର ବଜାଏ ଡେଙ୍ଗୁରା
ଉଡାଏ ପାପର ଧ୍ବଜା
ଧନ ଗର୍ବେ କେବେ ମଦମତ୍ତ ହୋଇ
ଅପରକୁ ହେୟ ମଣେ
ସ୍ବର୍ଣ୍ଣଲଙ୍କା ଦିନେ ଭଷ୍ମିଭୂତ ହେଲା
ଏକଥା ମନେ ନ ଆଣେ
ସ୍ବଚ୍ଛ ସୁନ୍ଦର ମନଟିଏ ଲୋଡା
ଖୋଜିଲେ ମିଳୁଛି କାହିଁ !
ଧନ ଆଶେ ଧାଇଁ ସମସ୍ତେ ବିଭ୍ରାନ୍ତ
ସୁଖ ଶାନ୍ତି ତିଳେ ନାହିଁ
ଏ ସମୟ ସତେ ବଦଳି ଯିବକି
ମନର ଅଭାବ ହେବ ଦୂର
ସବୁ ମନୁ ଯଦି କ୍ରୁରତା ହଟିବ
ହସିବ ପୁଣି ସଂସାର
