Friendship is that seed which grows with time
It nurtures with the fruit of love
And gives shade when there is sunlight
It has the sweetness and that grace , It finds its way through haze.
Friendship remains when heart is pure
There is something magical to adore
The company of a friend seems like bliss
It shows the things you ought to miss .
With backing, with faith,
And you shower me with care.
A sweet and sincere message
In your every biting stare.
Bring me up, when I fall and
Like a breeze, you sail me through.
Beat me down, when I fail,
Like a teacher you scold me too.
With a friend like you,
I know what friendship is
And for the bond we share, I swear,
Our fun flow will never cease.
Like the sunshine you bring luminousness into my life,
Like the rainbow you add color to me and make me smile.
Like the spring you make me ecstatic and glad,
Like the moonlight you guide me when I am sad.
In the darkest of my life,
You light up my shadow making it bright.
